Hey there gray-and-stray,

Thanks so much for contacting Customer Support through the forums. We’re sorry to hear you’ve been having this issue.

With Cam2Cam, the feature is available to all members while in private or multi-user shows. VIP members can utilize Cam2Cam during all room states and show types except voyeur shows.

To start the feature, please select the camera icon and the Cam2Cam window will appear. To go live with a model, select “go live" and you will receive a notification that you have left testing mode. Then select “start your cam” to broadcast your feed to the model. After the model opens your feed, you will receive a private notification in the chats letting you know.

If you can see yourself through the Cam2Cam window but the model cannot see your feed, then suggests that the “go live” option is not selected. If you can see yourself after selecting “test your cam” that means that the Cam2Cam test was successful and you are not yet broadcasting to the model because it is in testing mode.

Reposting pertinent messages below from forum topic "cam 2 cam delays." This is NOT an issue of the user incorrectly starting or using the Cam2Cam app, From my more recent experiences, cam2cam has seemed to be more successful.

...it is not even showing that i have a cam in the models chatroom list of people , there is no cam icon shown to the model even though its tested on the site as working and up and running normally at my end. ... seems completely random ... it all looks normal at my side but nothing happens its utterly frustrating and its deterring me from going private in many cases because i dont want to waste my credits fiddling around with the damn camera trying to get it to work. any suggestions would be appreciated

Same experience for me. Mildly frustrating on open but as noted, wasteful few minutes restarting / resetting camera at beginning of private. As noted, randomly occurs with Edge, Chrome, Safari. Good luck!

Frustrating experience today when going c2c. I could see and hear her, I could see my cam, but she couldn't see or hear me. I've done the clear your cache and cookies thing. Please dont tell me that. She said she has been having this issue intermittently for a while. You really need to get this fixed.

I just started a new thread about this myself. Spent 12 minutes of wasted pvt to get the cam working. This is just tragic. I spend time on other sites, NO PROBLEMS AT ALL, so whats the deal here? updates and changes all the time are fucking up everything. Maybe Flirt should concentrate on giving customers the best experience instead of impress eachother with "bright new ideas".

I am having the same issue and the response from Flirt is ... here is how you do it. We are not stupid, we know how to use it, but the C2C needs to be fixed

I just added a reply to my own post in the VIP section of the forums. I hear it all the time there's trouble with c2c. In my view it must be something dynamically changing all the time because -when you think about it- how difficult is it to get people on the net to cumminate through video AND audio properly ? 0_O
Aren't there litteralry thousands of apps wich have that functionality. What am I missing here?
