A long time ago I created an alternative account which I never really used and I tried to terminate by contacting Live Support. When I created the account I never added billing/cardinformation. So nothing registered on that front. Much to my surprise Live Support needed that info I clearly do not have. I have no cards linked to my account.....
"There is card information on the account, therefore you will need to confirm all the information prior to closing the account."
"Nope there is not"
"What is the first and last name on the account, billing zip/postal code, and the last 4 digits of any card used on your account?"
"There is no billing zip/postac code involved let alone digits....."
Whatever happened to giving username + email and be done with it?
