I've clocked the lag between chat and video at a solid 5 minutes. But only with the Romanian models. All the others seem to be coming in fine. Is there anyone else experiencing this?

I haven't had anything that long, but I have experienced longer than 30 second lag time with a particular Romanian model. I've found that if you refresh your screen just before you go into private it will in most cases help with that. The longer I sit in open chat before private, the longer the lag time if I don't refresh.

If you in room where your name is from, my fav. follows her in same room and I have some issues, but not as bad as you described. I did have 400mbs service from provider, and was okay, but I upgraded to 500mbs and is much better. I still have a few issues, one being occasional video freeze for 8-10 seconds, and I've found that increases lag time between video and sound in pvt. So I have learned to refresh just before pvt. and usually helps and also helps keep fom freezing while in pvt... most of the time.

Wanted to say, thanx for the responses. The HLS button may be my solution, but I'm letting time go by before I get my hopes up. (I've noticed those buttons there, but I haven't messed with them. I'm going to start messing with them) :thumbsup
