New rules for Flirt Rewards need to be clearly conveyed to all the customers on this site

so now to earn any points we have to pay to get them first. When some of the ways to get them are just basic sort of task and have limits on them.

Completely unacceptable. I actually purchased points for credits. Credits were taken, but I got no points. Customer Service is working on it. If not resolved to my satisfaction, you'll lose this customer.

What a shame. Just as Flirt improves their flirt points process they do something that goes backwards. There are many members who cannot afford to buy credits all the time and these points are something that they can still help models with. If flirt really want to change things around, then they should maybe just change how points are accumulated so even members who haven't purchased in a while can still collect points for some of the simpler activities.

I have to agree. I had this issue last week when my points stopped accumulating. I myself could not afford to buy credits every day. I rely on the flirt rewards points to help a model whether its giving boost points or sending her a gift as an appreciation.

Does "purchase" only apply to actual purchase of tokens, or does it also include the automatic renewal of VIP membership?

Purchasing includes VIP membership or renewals as well as credits. As someone posted earlier, we updated this condition to look back 90 days instead of 30.

So by what you are saying is now that you have turned the flirt reward scheme into a subscription
scheme. As for anyone to be a part of it they have to now pay for it. That I dont really think is fair even if now it has been updated from 30 days to 90 days. The reason I dont think it is fair as firstly the only way to get unlimited points a day is already to spend money to get credits and then use them in what ever way would get you points. Secondly by the fact you now added the function of using money to buy points. Also cause of the other ways you could get points that are limited are in away are something to entice you to come to the site. As firstly you get your notification that a model you like is on. Secondly that makes you then login to your account. Thirdly you then go to that models room in which you stay in for over 60 consecutive minutes, that may turn into the two hours. fourthly cause you want to you then might write a review on her profile about how she was that day even if did not take her for a show. Now lets look at what the points are for, they are to now as added it away to get you to spend even more money as can be used to bet more credits. Also can be used now to send virtual gifts as a way to say thanks. But many they are used by members to help there favourite model or models out by boosting them to help there ranking out to were they stand on the home page. That will maybe help bring other members to them that then. I know you have been trying to make this scheme more better and a interesting add on to your site to make it in away stand out from others but this change has made it go backwards. Plus I have never known any sort of loyalty scheme make you pay for it at any point, it has all ways been a way to say thanks for using us over others and to still use us.

As with any virtual economy there must be constraints put in place to ensure the value. There is a thriving number of active users here. Supporting the value of those reward points (used for boosts, promo codes, etc.) by requiring active participation is not a scheme in our opinion.

Sure, but each day hundreds of thousands of points (and a zillion database records) were created for people not actively participating in purchasing and using credits.

As this is the currency members have to use on your site pay for shows from model's, buy fan club entrance to model's fan club, Or to tip a model in their room or for their tip target they might have on their profile. Then the credits the model's have got are exchanged by you to get their income.

Yes this might be the case but since you added the limits to some task this number im sure will drop. But one think you must think about is that every member that comes to your site will have some personal reason behind it, plus also their own financial situation. That will mean that they might be someone who can buy lots of credits very regularly down to hardly being able to buy some or even not being able to. But what the flirt reward did before the change was it gave every member a chance to say thanks to a model and show appreciation to them, by the means of a boost. which the model's them self are thankful for and appreciate getting. As this would help them on the rank on the home page. That would only have an impact on for a week be for you reset the ranks. Now with the change the less unfortunate members have lost that way of saying thanks and appreciation to the model and helping them with their rank for the week.

Also some people's financial situation is impacted now when making a purchase as for some they have to pay V.A.T on top of the purchase. That means them members are having to pay more for the set amount of credits then others. That it self's bring up an issue. As none of the purchases that can be made are stated that they are excluding V.A.T and in the process your transaction you are not displaying the grand total of the purchase to show what the actual price will be when V.A.T is added on. which should be shown like this

Totally agree that that is unfortunate. Not to get too far afield, but we didn't pass the laws in the EU and we would much prefer not to have to charge VAT on purchases from customers in EU member countries. Elect leaders who pass new laws.

You say the points are a secondary virtual currency on the site, but that is many only to you, not to the models that work on your site as when used on them the points don't go towards their pay. The points do yes give us the chance to send virtual gifts to models. But did the gifts when sent using credits before the chance to also use points. award the model with the credits it cost also? Now also yes they can be used for promo codes to get more credits, but that firstly only good for the ones that can, it secondly might make someone more likely to buy credits if not done so before. but how can that even work if can't collect points now like could before to get the amount is needed to then get the promo code?
When it comes to using the points to boost models to just help them with power score which is their rank on your site. The change you made is going to affect the models and their ranks the most. As the number of people who can boost will go down. Some models might have relied on them people in hope that by having them boosting that helps their rank might then make other members find them that might then spend credits on them. Also the fact you keep bring up getting free points devalues them. You devalued them yourself. As boosting a model before did that not last for 7 days? but now if look at the q&a it only last 2 days now. Plus even before the change when VIP boosted they count as double.

Also I think before you made this change would it not have been nice to have stated that a change like this was coming to the flirt reward. The only way a few know about it is if by chance they see this forum, or get told by someone who has. Plus since the change happened is still is not stated as a condition on the earn point page under the flirt rewards tap on are accounts.

You are going to do what you want, and it is still a nice thing for those who now will still get the best out of it. But before the change, it was a great thing for any sort of prem member that made your site stand out cause that one change to virtual gifts and cause it is used to rank models unlike how much credits models get

You say yes it is unfortunate that some of us have to pay VAT, but do you pass the VAT on to them people's relevant governments? If not why do we have to pay it on top of the cost already stated, as if you think it is unfortunate and would not prefer to have to charge VAT on top of the stated cost, could you not make the stated cost as marked VAT include so did not have to then charge the VAT on top of it?

Yes, we pay the accumulated VAT collected quarterly to the EU per their regulations.

However, for your information, we update the advancement every 15 minutes, and sometimes it could take 30 minutes.
